Service Description
Private woodwind lessons provide individualized instruction for students who are just beginning their musical journey. Lessons are available in flute and other beginner-level woodwind instruments and are tailored to each student's age, experience level, and goals. Whether your child is preparing for school band, exploring music for the first time, or looking to strengthen foundational skills, private lessons offer a supportive environment to grow as a musician.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled based on instructor availability. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund or makeup lesson, except in certain circumstances approved by KFAD. Instructor Cancellation Policy: If a KFAD instructor must cancel a lesson, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson. If a makeup lesson cannot be arranged, a credit or refund will be issued. Late Arrival Policy: Students who arrive late will receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson time. Lessons will end at the originally scheduled time and cannot be extended due to late arrival. Student Preparedness Policy: Students should arrive on time with their instrument, music, and any materials needed for the lesson. Regular practice between lessons is encouraged to support continued growth and progress. Safety & Supervision Policy: All private lessons follow KFAD's safety and supervision policies. Lessons are conducted in appropriate instructional spaces, and KFAD staff maintain professional standards to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
