"The Basics: Sing, Dance, Act!" is an exciting and interactive children's theater workshop designed to ignite the creative sparks within young performers. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellation Period: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start date of the program. b. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. c. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the program without prior notice. 2. Rescheduling Policy: a. Staffing Considerations: KFAD reserves the right to reschedule a program in the event of unexpected staffing challenges that may impact the quality of the experience we aim to provide. b. Notice of Rescheduling: Every effort will be made to provide participants with as much advance notice as possible should a rescheduling decision be necessary. c. Participants' Options: Participants will be offered alternative dates for the rescheduled program, and we will work diligently to accommodate participant schedules. In the event that a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided upon request. 3. Emergency Situations: In cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, KFAD will assess requests on a case-by-case basis and may consider exceptions to the stated policy.
